DEPARTURE DAY
The plan will be to have the group flying out of Chicago O’Hare, departing late on Saturday, Oct. 12th and arriving into Edinburgh sometime during the morning of Sunday, Oct 13th. Flight plans To Be Determined.
Sunday, October 13, 2024
ARRIVAL DAY – GOLF TBD
Plans for golf on our arrival day will be largely based on flight plans. The goal will be to arrive into Edinburgh EDI, get picked, and then head to one of the local courses where getting tee times later on will not be an issue. Our choices will include Leven Links, Lundin Links and Elie Golf Course. After golf, the group will be transported to the Hawkswood Country Estates to check in.
HAWKSWOOD COUNTRY ESTATES
Located just outside of downtown St Andrews, the Hawkswood Country Estates is a collection of three, private townhomes with a total of 15 rooms. Not only does each townhome have all the space and amenities that any group would be looking for, but there are also two separate short game areas and your own private driving range to use. DUMBARNIE LINKS
The entire group will be transported to Dumbarnie Links for a morning round. The group will also have a catered BBQ Dinner back at the Hawkswood Estates later in the day.

CARNOUSTIE
Day trip up to the world famous Carnoustie Golf Links. Dinner at the Rookery at Carnoustie after golf.
Wednesday, October 16, 2024
NEW & JUBILEE COURSES
The group will check out of the Hawkswood Country Estates and transition to the Old Course Hotel. We will have all bags tagged and stored and do a pre-check in at the front desk. All we will need to do later is pick up our keys as our bags will be waiting in our rooms. We have 12 golfers playing The New Course and 12 golfers playing the Jubilee Course at the same starting time. Dinner will be on your own.
THE OLD COURSE HOTEL
One of the most famous hotels in the world, the Old Course Hotel will be our home base for four consecutive nights. Each morning you will get to eat breakfast on the 4th floor of the hotel, overlooking the famous Road Hole of the Old Course. Beyond great rooms, great food, and great service, the Golf Concierge Team is at every golfer’s beck and call. Owned and operated by the Kohler Corporation.

OLD COURSE? & CASTLE COURSE
The plan for Thursday is to break into 2 groups of 12 golfers. For one group, the plan is set. A late morning round on The Castle Course, followed by dinner at Ham’s Heme which is right behind the 18th green of The Old Course. Speaking of The Old Course, that is the goal for anyone else in the other half of the group who wants to give it a shot. We will be entering the 48-hour ballot to try and snare some spots, but ultimately it may come down to who is willing to wait in line overnight to have a chance to play the world’s most famous golf course.

KINGSBARNS
Friday will see the entire group back together to travel to nearby Kingsbarns Golf Links. Undoubtedly one of the premier courses in all of Scotland, Kingsbarns is heaven on earth for the bucket-list golfer! Later the group will dine together at the Swilcan Loft Restaurant, located on the 4th floor of The Old Course Hotel and overlooking the finishing holes of The Old Course.

OLD COURSE? & CASTLE COURSE
Roles from Thursday will be reversed, giving those who played The Castle Course on Thursday the chance to try and find a spot on The Old Course. Those gentlemen could also choose to just take the day off and do some sightseeing in and round St Andrews. The other 12 guys will take their turn on The Castle Course, followed by dinner at Ham’s Heme.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
– Greens fees for Dumbarnie Links, Carnoustie, Kingsbarns, Jubilee or New (1 of the 2) and The Castle Course.
– Three nights at the Hawkswood Country Estates, including breakfast.
– Four nights at the Old Course Hotel, including breakfast.
– Ground transportation while in Scotland.
– One BBQ group dinner at Hawkswood Country Estates.
– £85 food credit towards dinners at Ham’s Heme and Swilcan Loft Restaurants.
