MINNESOTA GOLF

Background:  Through my success with Wisconsin Golf Trips, I have become well acquainted with my neighbors to the west. I had the pleasure of being introduced to two golf lovers who work for the Bloomington (MN) Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. They were looking to continue the momentum gained by hosting the 2016 Ryder Cup at Hazeltine CC and wanted to promote their top courses to both domestic and international markets. Bringing an experienced tour operator on board was a natural next step, and I am happy to be working with courses across the state to help build custom packages for potential customers. I have even gone as far as to launch Minnesota Golf Trips as a separate landing page to help my friends to the west.

Golf and Lodging:  Certainly there are some quality courses in and around the metro-Minneapolis area, but it is the Brainerd, MN area (and north) that I want my customers to focus on. With the Classic at Maddens, Giant’s Ridge, and The Wilderness at Fortune Bay, there are three more of the US Top 100 Public Golf Courses that I speak so often about. There is great golf for sure, but it is the combination of lakeside amenities and the price point that got me the MOST interested in the region. If you are a group that is as excited to sit around a firepit to smoke your cigars after cooking your own steaks on the grill…Brainerd is the place for you! Tons of options, tons of courses, tons of bonding time at a mid-level price point. For some of you, it could not get much better.

Overview:  I believe the Brainerd area could be a fit for just about every group I have worked with. The Brainerd area is only a couple hours north or Minneapolis, so regional groups looking to make a road trip can still possibly make it work. And the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport is a great, central gateway to bring your guys in if they are more spread out. I have worked hard to make all the course contacts necessary, do the lodging research, and find viable transportation options in the Minnesota market. All you have to do is tell me what kind of trip you are looking for, and I will make it happen. I look forward to introducing you  to this hidden gem of the Midwest. Jason
