Hawk’s View Golf Course
Hawk’s View Golf Course is one of my personal favorites in Wisconsin. There are larger facilities in Lake Geneva, but the Como Crossings course is on par with any golf course in the area. Hawk’s View is the perfect-sized course to host a busload of golfers looking for a great course and a great facility to convene in afterwards.
Hawk’s View has a tremendous array of holes to challenge any level of golfer. I highly recommend picking the appropriate set of tees for your level of play on this course. Stretching your game a little and going too far back on the tee box can make your day far less enjoyable at Hawk’s View. There are some tremendous risk/reward holes at Hawk’s View. Even some of the simple shots will reward you greatly if you take certain angles and bunkers into play. It is just loads of fun. And speaking of fun, Hawk’s View Golf Course also offers one of the top Par-3 courses in America, the Barn Hollow course. This is not your local pitch and putt, there are real golf holes with real length. There may be no greater afternoon round than to head out to the Barn Hollow after lunch and get a few bucks out while challenging your buddies to come closest to the hole competitions!
Hawk’s View is one of those courses where you walk away feeling like you paid a little less than you should have. Factoring in the service you receive, the quality of the course, and the amenities at your disposal, Hawk’s View is one of the best values around. I highly encourage you to add Hawk’s View to your next Wisconsin Golf Trips itinerary. It is a great golf experience that will keep you coming back!
