Meadowbrook Country Club is one of the premier, private golf facilities in the Racine/Kenosha area of Wisconsin. Opened in 1927 and redesigned in 1962, Meadowbrook has a creek and two ponds that come into play on eight holes. What I like most about the course are the two distinct nines that the course has to offer. The front nine has elevation changes, blind shots, and some target golf holes with numerous twists and turns. The back nine is pretty much what you see is what you get with a simpler design. But the quality of Meadowbrook Country Club is consistent throughout, with groomed fairways and terrific greens.
Meadowbrook Country Club is a private facility, but is working with Wisconsin Golf Trips to bring in outside play for groups creating custom golf experiences in Wisconsin. Meadowbrook Country Club also features one of the best restaurants in the area, the Trattoria di Carlo, perfect for your group’s post round dinner. Whether you are driving up from Chicago, or are staying in the metropolitan Milwaukee area, Meadowbrook Country Club would be a terrific addition to your custom Wisconsin golf itinerary.
