Morningstar Golfers Club
Morningstar Golfers Club is one of my favorite area courses to play. Most holes require some forethought to be played well, but that doesn’t mean there is only one way to play each hole. There are a lot of options on how could choose to attack certain holes, and for me that just makes a course even more enjoyable. The Star has everything a travelling group could ask for in a “local’s course”. It has quality service from the minute you pull up to the bag drop, a great layout with many interesting designs, and some truly memorable shots, I believe any group would be lucky to add Morningstar to their Wisconsin golf itinerary.
The first thing that catches your eye when you arrive at the course is the view from the clubhouse patio. Built on the footprint of an old quarry, Morningstar offers some pretty impressive elevation changes. As you will see in my photo gallery, there are many picturesque tee boxes suitable for a quick snapshot. There are definitely some tough holes at Morningstar, and the finishing stretch will test any level of golfer, but the overall product found at Morningstar will be enjoyed no matter what your handicap.
